Like Never Before Weekly Update

What’s Happening? 

Save the Date! Our Ground Breaking ceremony is coming soon! On Sunday, May 19, during each gathering, we will celebrate God’s goodness in a special ground breaking time together. The Heritage service and the Cafe service will be invited to join in at the main worship center on that day. There will be no worship services in the gym for this special WACC event. This is a family service, so bring the kids.

Also, the City of Whittier has returned the Construction Documents for the the Building B renovation, and we are in the process of responding to the comments they sent. We are in process with the City on comments they want addressed for the Worship Center, too. We are scheduled to begin the renovation in Building B in mid-June.

Financial Update

We are thankful for God’s provision as the generosity expressed by the folks of WACC continues. People continue to fulfill their commitments for the Like Never Before building opportunity, approximately $35,820 total was given for the last two weeks in April.
