Like Never Before Weekly Update

Construction crews are following physical distancing guidelines, hand washing protocol, and other safety measures.

What’s Happening?

In our new worship center, the auditorium ceiling and some of the walls have been painted. The lobby walls are being painted, too, along with rooms under the risers. Workers are roughing in chapel walls and ceiling, underground in the plaza, and the main switchgear in the electrical room.

In the new nursery courtyard, plants were placed to continue to create a beautiful entrance. The tree lights were installed. Additional renovation is taking place on the lower patio on the side of Building A, which will be completed in early July.

As the new nursery part of the Like Never Before project nears completion, we celebrate. We celebrate God’s faithfulness in the installation of the elevator and now the finished renovation of Building B. We cannot wait to share the new nursery with each of you! But we will wait until we move forward in WACC’s Re-Entry Plan. Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.

Generosity Update

Your faithful generosity toward this project is so appreciated and encouraging. God continues to provide as you, our WACC family, continue to respond to the needs. Approximately $22,814 was given toward the Like Never Before building project during the week ending June 7.
