Like Never Before Weekly Update

Construction continues and the crews are following physical distancing guidelines, hand washing protocol, and other safety measures.

What’s Happening?

Here at WACC, we highly value all generations. The church Board has invited each of us to consider giving to the WACC spring offering to complete the new chapel by the time the new worship center opens. Thank you to those of you who have been able to give already. If you have not yet given, please continue to pray as to how you might be able to do so. If this is a time of financial struggle, we completely understand. We would love for everyone to pray for God’s hand in finishing this important place. Not only will the new chapel be a home to the Heritage service, but it can also host small weddings and end of life celebrations. The worship center is a busy place. So much work continues, including framing, drywall installation, hanging lighting, pulling wires, placing air conditioning units on the roof, putting the trellis overhang on the outside entrance area, and windows going in. Construction on the upper patio begins next. In the nursery, the walls have been sanded and the first coat of paint is going on those walls. The outside courtyard is taking shape, including the seat walls.

Generosity Update

Your faithful generosity toward this project is so appreciated and encouraging. God continues to provide as you, our WACC family, continue to respond to the needs. Approximately $22,594 was given toward the Like Never Before building project during the week ending May 5.
