Like Never Before Weekly Update

We want you to know that in these uncertain days, our prayers are with you all. May you find peace, comfort, and the care you need during this season. We continue to trust Christ boldly in hopeful courage and faith.

What’s Happening?

New Worship Center 

The exterior front wall panels of the new worship center are almost complete and the openings to the front lobby are clearly visible. Additional components will be added once they have been delivered. The digging needed for the placement of the trellis work is underway on dry days. The trellis work will dress up the front of the worship center. The upper area of the riser seating area is being welded and support pieces added. The rooms that will be underneath the upper risers are being framed. Work continues overhead: air conditioning, fire sprinklers, and electrical.

Building B1, Future Nursery

The construction for the new nursery is well underway. A brand new ministry space is being created for the littlest among us, converting our former front offices for this special group. It will coordinate with the beautifully remodeled Building B classroom areas. Construction is moving ahead, including framing, new plumbing, conduit, air conditioning components, setting up footings with rebar, and prep for cement pours.

Generosity Update

We are thankful for God’s generous provision as our WACC family responds to the need. People continue to fulfill their commitments for the Like Never Before building opportunity, and that is such an encouragement. Approximately $23,462 was given during the week ending March 8.
