Like Never Before Weekly Update

What’s Happening? 

The first floor renovation continued moving along in Building B. This will feature the future classrooms for our WACC kids old enough for preschool through kindergarten. The makeover will be completed early in 2020. The new cabinets and cubbies look good. The carpet is going in room by room for a fresh, clean feel. The duct work in the main central area got finishing touches. Doors have been installed. New coats of paint in various colors are brightening different walls. Progress continues!

Many of us had a chance to stand inside the new worship center this past Sunday, and we continued to pray for the construction, and for those yet to be impacted for Christ in this space. The platform was prepped this week in anticipation of the cement to be poured next. Following that, the fire sprinklers will be installed. The heating and air conditioning is after that, along with overhead electrical installation. The walls will start to go up in the new year, and once the space is enclosed rainy weather will no longer cause delays. And that is the good news.

We will pause on the weekly updates for 2019 and resume the week of January 6, 2020. See you then!

Financial Update

We are thankful for God’s generous provision as our WACC family responds to the need. People continue to fulfill their commitments for the Like Never Before building opportunity, and that is such an encouragement. Approximately $77,759 was given during the week ending December 15.
